Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order ID and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Quality Check Preparation

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring the invoice and all garment tags are intact and visible.

  Scheduled Pickup

  Our courier partner will arrive at your doorstep within 48 hours of your request to collect the package and provide a tracking receipt.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our warehouse team verifies the quality of the returned goods, your refund or credit note will be issued within 5-7 business days.
